7am Vendor Load In 
10am–6pm Expo open
Onsite Registration (if not sold out)
Packet Pick Up
Vendors, Food Trucks, Music, Free Flowing Lost Abbey Beer
6pm Vendor Load Out (for those only participating on Saturday)
*Exhibitors should plan to park all vehicles in surrounding parking lots
**Only select vehicles may remain with the booth and must be pre-approved by the Event Manager

5am: Complimentary breakfast (Waffles and more) engorging commences
7am: Roll out starts
8am: All waves are out
8:30am: Vendor Load In (for those only participating Sunday)
10:30am: Kegs are flowing
4pm–5:pm: Awards ceremony
6:00–8:00pm: Vendor Load Out, End of Food Service, Race Closes
*Exhibitors should plan to park all vehicles in surrounding parking lots
