This event offers refunds in all/some cases. EVENT CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY Velo Kids is committed to holding safe and fun events while also maintaining relationships with community partners to avoid damage to parks and trail systems. Velo Kids and our land managers may determine that an event cannot be held as scheduled due to weather, trail conditions, venue limitation or issue, financial considerations, or any other reason that deems the event unsafe or impractical. To maintain the financial stability of the organization, all registration fees are non- refundable. If an event is rescheduled, registrations will be transferred to the new date/location and no refunds will be considered if the registrant is unable/unwilling to attend the new date/location. ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE Velo Kids may modify this policy to allow for full or partial refunds if many events are canceled in a single season. Velo Kids will determine if refunds are issued in the original form of payment or as a credit toward future events.
