The long, hard winter appears to be over and has been replaced with a chilly, dreary and wet Spring. The first 40k Time Trial of the season brought out the cyclists who were most desperate for some outdoor riding. Ten riders were brand new to the event, but the three repeat offenders improved on the course personal best times by several minutes each.
