I hereby agree to waive, indemnify, hold harmless, promise not to sue and release from any liability Charlottesville RC, Inc. ("CRC") as well as CRC's officers, members, and sponsors from any and all rights and claims, including any claims or rights based upon CRC or CRC's officers, members or sponsors negligence. I understand that cycling is an inherently dangerous activity and that I fully assume those risks whether participating as a racer, rider, spectator or volunteer. I hereby assume all risk for any injury, loss or damage suffered by me and/or any children under the age of 18 in my care may suffer related to any CRC related activities. I understand that this release is a legal and binding contract under which I am giving up certain legal rights, and I have carefully read and agree to those terms.
