RACE IS STILL ON! NO FLOODING TO WORRY ABOUT!Presented by the Central Connecticut Bicycle Alliance and CT-NEMBA, cyclocross returns to Hartford this October at Riverside Park. Enjoy the picturesque setting next to the Connecticut River while wallowing in the mud and take in views of the Hartford skyline as you trudge up the 40 foot high levee.
The race is at Riverside Park, easily accessible off of I-91.
From North of Hartford, take I-91 South to Exit 33,
Jennings Rd. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto Jennings Rd and
then take your first right onto Liebert Rd. The park entrance is on
your left.
From South of Hartford, take I-91 North to Exit 33,
Jennings Rd. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Jennings Rd and
then take your first right onto Liebert Rd. The park entrance is on
your left.
From East of Hartford, take I-84 West to Exit 51, I-91
North and then take Exit 33, Jennings Rd. At the end of the ramp, turn
right onto Jennings Rd and then take your first right onto Liebert Rd.
The park entrance is on your left.
From West of Hartford, take I-84 East to Exit 51, I-91
North and then take Exit 33, Jennings Rd. At the end of the ramp, turn
right onto Jennings Rd and then take your first right onto Liebert Rd.
The park entrance is on your left.
Mountain bikes, with no bar ends, are welcome.
All USA Cycling rules shall apply.
As the race is still a ways off, so prizes are still pending. Please take care to bring your USA Cycling license or the pay the $10 single day license fee, this race is USAC sanctioned.
Day of registration is permitted for an additional $5. However, if you bring a usable bike part or tool for donation to the Urban of Greater Hartford's Hotspot Bike Shop, the $5 will be waived.
$10 for additional races (you can pay day of the race).
