Ride Info:

Registration is open from 6:00 to 9:00 PM Saturday and 6:00 to 10:00 AM on Sunday.

All riders should start between 7:00 and 10:00 AM

The first rest stop opens at 7:30 AM

The ride starts and ends at Page  Park in Dixon, Illinois

Free Saturday night camping is available at the park

The post-ride meal is served between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM

SAG service ends at 4:30 PM
We ride "rain or shine"  Fees cannot be refunded.    
Choosing a ride length is just so we know how much food is needed at each sag.     

Family Fun Ride:

The 10-mile long Family Fun Ride is designed for parents and children to ride together. It follows a safe and well-marked route around Ronald Reagan's Boyhood Hometown Dixon with plenty of opportunity to rest and relax. Cost for the Family Fun Ride is only $10.00 per family (at least one adult and up to 4 children. Add $1.00 for every rider over the allotted 5). The Family Fun Ride does not include the post-ride meal, but it can be purchased separately.

The Rock River Valley Bicycle Club requires that all riders wear helmets on the Ronald Reagan Heritage Bicycle Ride. We encourage the use of helmets by every cyclist on every ride.

I, the undersigned, knowingly understand and accept the risks involved in bicycle touring. In consideration of the RRVBC's acceptance of my registration to participate in the RRHBR, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, and assigns, release, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the RRVBC, its directors, officers, members, employees, agents, sponsors, the Dixon Park District and participants who may be performing official duties for the ride, from any and all actions, claims, demands, administrative proceedings, judgments, or attorney's fees, of any kind that may arise out of my participation in the RRHBR  ride. I also hereby consent to emergency medical treatment in case of injury. I understand that any medical costs incurred will be my responsibility. I represent that my physical condition, as well as my equipment, is, to the best of my knowledge, adequate to allow me to safely participate in the tour. I agree to all the rules of the Ronald Reagan Heritage Bicycle Ride.
