Welcome to the 6th Annual John Bryan Cyclocross Classic. We are excited to announce our partnership with Buckingham Financial Group for this year's race, which has allowed us to expand and increase the quality of the event for this year. With the support of Buckingham Financial we are also able to underwrite certain races in the event to offer discounted entrance fees to certain fields--mainly the C and Masters fields. This was done with the intent to get more people into the sport of cyclocross...so come on out and bring a friend! Especially if it's your first time!

Course: A 7 minute (A Men standard) course over the front face of the park. This year we will have wide open and fast sweeping turns, with a mix of gravel roads (100 meters), lots of grass, and a short section of singletrack. And of course...the YURT OF PAIN will be back this year!

Racing Licenses: USCF or NORBA licenses are required for all categories. Day of race licenses will be available for purchase.

Registration: Registration opens at 8:30am! There is a $10 late fee--day of registration--as per OVCX rules...so register early at BikeReg.com. JUST like last year, I will refund entrance fees for anyone who registers via BikeReg but then cannot make the race. We need the pre-reg to get registration setup and running smoothly, to assign bib-numbers, to make the race lists as complete as possible, and to have some operating capital before the race so my kids don't go hungry the month before--and our race is right after Thanksgiving, so if you don't register early I'll have to take the cash out of my checking acocunt and my 4 year old and 2 year old won't get any turkey! (I'm actually not kidding, it's expensive to run a race with all the up-front costs and I don't make much on an Air Force salary.) So please register if there is even a SLIGHT chance you will race, and if you can't make it I'll send you a check...see, nothing to lose!

Military Discount--Anyone in our Armed Forces who presents their CAC card at registration gets $10 off--day of race only. If you already registerd on BikeReg, I'll hand you a 10 spot at the race.

STAGING: We will be staging EVERY race in the series. It will work like this...Last year's State Champion will be called ot the line, followed by the first 3 riders in both the OVCX and the CapCity series, a promoter's discretion call-up, and then IN ORDER OF REGISTRATION down to the last rider! Just in case anyone needed any more motivation to sign up early at BikeReg. So the first row of every race is already spoken for...but the second row on back goes to everyone IN ORDER OF REGISTRATION! So sign up now!!!

Directions to Course:
FROM CINCINNATI & South: Take 75 North to I-675 North. Exit I-675 at Exit 20, and head east (right hand turn at the exit) on Dayton-Yellow Springs Road. Travel approximately 5 miles to the town of Yellow Springs. Go through the only traffic light on Dayton-Yellow Spring Road, and proceed to the next stop sign. Turn left on 68 North, and take first right hand turn at the traffic light onto Rt 343. Proceed to the next right hand turn, and turn onto Rt 370. John Bryan State Park is 1 mile down on the left hand side.

FROM Columbus & East: Take I-70 West until 68 South (Exit 52). Take 68 South until just before town of Yellow Springs. At the second traffic light on 68 South take a left onto Rt 343. Proceed to the next right hand turn, and turn onto Rt 370. John Bryan State Park is 1 mile down on the left hand side.

FROM the West: Take I-70 East until I-675 South. Take I-675 South until Exit 20, and head east (right hand turn at the exit) on Dayton-Yellow Springs Road.
