Setting up Category Sanctioning on BikeReg
The Sanctioning Bodies section in Category Setup is specific to BikeReg, and used to require athletes to enter their USA Cycling number or UCI code.
You can set your "Sanctioning Body" preferences and set requirements for athletes to enter their USA Cycling, UCI code, or an AMB Transponder Chip number.
If you have USAC sanctioning body enabled for your event, it is important to add Restrictions at the category level to fit your event's needs.
Follow the steps below to set category restrictions:
1. On the left hand menu, click Event Setup > Category Setup
2. Create or click "Edit" on an existing category > scroll down to "Restrictions"
3. From here, you can adjust the restrictions for the category
