This event offers refunds in all/some cases. Refunds are at the discretion of each event director. Cancellation Policy o If received more than 21 days before the event--full refund o If received 15-20 days before the event--50% refund o If received 14 or less days before the event or a “no show”--no refund will be given Unfortunately, the above applies in cases of weather, injury or emergency. Most cancellations occur due to these causes and often in time frames that don’t allow us to adjust our plans or fill the spots.
