This event offers credits toward this event director's future events in all/some cases. This event requires that we reserve your spot in a campground that we pay for in advance and there is a lot of organization and preparation necessary in addition to limited spots. We're unable to grant refunds if you're unable to attend. If you are able to find someone to ride in your place and take no extra room in the campground prior to the registration cut-off, we'll give you a 50% credit toward a future ride with us with an email telling us the particulars of the person registering in your place all prior to the registration deadline. If it rains, the ride goes on. If the weather is dangerous for riding, camping will still happen at the campground so find your way up and the show goes on (there are indoor facilities in case it's gross outside). No refunds will be given out for bad weather or forces outside of our control that make it impossible to run the event.
