Ride will start at 0800 on April 21st. This is a RIDE and NOT a race. Riders must comply with all traffic rules and all riders must wear a helmet during the ride.

Those with a strong desire to support the Optimist Club but with no desire to actual ride a bicycle can enter the Couch Potato category. A actual rider will wear your bib number and ride the race on your behalf while you can remain on your couch.

A family can enter the Family Fun Ride. A custom ride of a shorter length (2 miles, 5 miles, 10 miles) will be offered. This is ideal for families with young children. The Family Fun Ride does not cost anything to enter and will be conducted by leaders from the local Safe Routes to School coalition.
