One day licenses for Novice men and women only. No flat bars or sleeveless jerseys allowed. Helmets required. .
All USA Cycling Rules apply.
All Riders must have a valid USA Cycling license and signed release form.
There is to be no warming up on the race course. Please use caution if warming-up in parking lot sections not used for racing, we encourage all to bring a stationary trainer to warm-up with!
