12 Week Get Ready for 2014: Complete 12 week training plan/compu-training program: $500.00 ($725 Value)
This program is designed to get you ready for a specific regional event (Battenkill, Killington Stage Race etc.) as well as catapult your early season fitness to a new level. We will include a complete 12 week training program and 24 1 ½ - 2 hour compu-training sessions (additional sessions can be added for additional cost). Classes begin the week of January 6th 2014 and will run for 12 weeks.
Note on programs:
The training programs will be compatible with scheduled compu-training sessions as well as details on riding on your own indoor trainer or outside if weather is appropriate.

Once you have signed up for the program, we will contact you within 24 hours to set a time to meet and develop your 12 week program and schedule your compu-training times.
The Program will include a 12 week training program that will get you ready for the upcoming season by focusing on your first event of the season such as Battenkill or Killington. The training program will include a 7 day per week schedule that will coincide with our computraining classes as well as allow you to use your indoor trainer or get outside as the weather improves as spring arrives.
You will be able to sign up for 24 compu-training classes during the 12 week program (more classes can be purchased for $20 per class; 20% discount)
We will be starting with base miles moving to build miles and finally focusing on intervals focusing on your limiters to make sure you accomplish your goals for the beginning of the season.
The first classes begin the week of January 6th 2014 and will run for 12 weeks, Classes will end April 6th 2014.
General note on Classes:
This first winter session of Computrainer class’s are based on improving pedal stroke, moderate climbing simulations, and general Base Build transition.
Although the focus will be on “base” building, the weekday classes will include short intervals of intensity increasing in later weeks of the block. The longer 2 hour weekend classes will focus more on steady L2-3 endurance rides.
There are 6 positions available for each class and we hope to fill these classes! Each class is 1.5-2.0 hours in length ...arrive early, classes start on time. We will add classes if required by demand.

In order to get the most out of your training we offer the following additional services:
Spin Scan: This one-on-one session includes a spin scan which analyzes your pedal stroke and Functional Threshold Power (FTP) test which better determines your 1 hour threshold used as a baseline for training. These tests are NOT required but highly beneficial to have, in these classes. We introduce training with power/ wattage, in the Computrainer training.which can better determine a more accurate power threshold and analyze your cadence and pedal stroke. - $75.00
12 Week Personalized Training Plan: This personalized plan focused on your next seasons goals will work in conjunction with your Computraining program as well as indoor trainer as well as a guild to incorporate a strength training regiment. The program will include a field test to determine appropriate heart rate and power zones. - $125.00
