This ride is for both beginners and intermediates. From our experience, most women aren’t sure which category they fall into; if you’re one of these women, this ride is for you.
During this ride we will orient you to the bike and split the group into beginner vs. intermediate.
Beginner consists of: shifting, braking, climbing, descending, and general body position over the bike.
Intermediate consists of: assuming competency in general shifting, braking and body position on the bike. We will instruct on log-overs, drops, rollers, and reading the trail which equates to advanced shifting, braking and body positioning.
