New food for 2023! Purchase your food ticket and fill up at our new after-ride Taco/Burito [+more] Station. The after-ride meal, catered by Nosh Springfield, is sure to refuel your body AND thrill your palate! The buffet features a delicious taco, taco salad, and burrito bar with something for everyone. The ENORMOUS menu includes hard shell tacos and locally made corn and flour tortillas, ground beef, pulled chicken, pork carnitas, veggie walnut crumbles, black beans, refried beans, creamed corn, roasted baja root veggies, sautéed onions and peppers, mushroom asada, white bean and potato, vegan sofritos, and dirty rice plus a huge list of greens, cheeses, salsas, and fresh herbs to put the finishing touches on your meal.This discounted ticket is for registered riders only. Guests are encouraged to come to Tour Opacum to enjoy the music, beer/wine, games and food, but they should purchase the Food Ticket for Guests for $25.
