We have not nailed down specifics yet, but the Poultney Pub will be serving some sort of Autumnal Feast. Think squash and roasted things and good bread, etc. Folks who had the tacos at the 4x4 know this is some serious eats, not your average camp ground meal!
Rustic camping: there are tent sites and 3 van camping spots. Porta pots. No water, no showers. There's a great swimming hole near by to wash the mud off. Walk in sites, not car camping sites like at a state park. Not a big walk, few hundred yards at the furthest.
