LOCATION: DEVOU Mountain Bike Trails
Located in Covington Ky, we will meet at the John Volz Nature Trail which is on the right just past the Volpenhien Shelter (by the overlook) on Park Ln, Covington, KY 41011.

There is some parking spots on the right and overflow parking by overlook just across from Trail.


What you need to bring:
A functioning mountain bike, enough water/food for the day, sun screen, helmet, gloves, proper footwear and the willingness to learn new skills while having fun.

9:45 - for registration and waiver signature and introductions

Bike – air, brakes, tire pressure handlebars and chain & skewers

10:15 - skill sessions start:
? Quick Review of Foundational Skills
? Slow Tight Turns / Switchbacks
? Getting Over Obstacles (Front Wheel Lift / ¼ & 3/4 Pedal Punch)
? Drops ( Roll Down Lunges / Level Lift)
? High Speed Cornering
? Timing & Coordination
(session on the trails to work on skills & shred)


1:30 - Trail Ride (based on trail status of yellow or green) to put the skills to use by shredding the dirt!
Wrap up of skills and overall clinic

Weather Policy We try to hold the clinic rain or shine. Sometimes this requires switching to a location with cover for the morning drills. It is the coach’s discretion to continue clinic or cancel.
