How to hold back funds in your event
Event directors can now request to hold funds in their account past the normal disbursement period. This is a great way to easily issue any refunds once your event is over without having to wait for funds to be placed back into your account. Go to the “Event Payment” menu item when logged in to your event to check it out.
Event directors can request to have all funds held, or can specify a certain amount of funds to hold in their account.
1. Click on 'Event' Payment' and click on the blue 'Hold Funds' section to open it up.
2. Select the type of hold you would like, enter the amount and release date, and then click save.
3. When you are ready for the rest of your funds to be dispersed, return to this page and select 'Release All Funds' and click save.
