Be sure to sign up any support staff, family or friends you'll be bringing with you to "Singletrack Summer Camp." After finishing the registration process for yourself purchase lodging, food and/or transportation for them.
Think seriously about purchasing Participant Registration Insurance through BikeReg when you register. There will be NO REFUNDS or DEFERMENTS to 2019.
CHOOSE YOUR LODGING Every entry includes a free campsite at TSEpic's Singletrack Summer Camp! During the registration process you can choose to updgrade to a spot for your RV or in one of the camp lodges. If you're interested in a duo or trio cabin or sleeping quarters you'll upgrade to the whole space and we'll let you sort out the difference with whomever you're bringing with you. For more thorough information on lodging, as well as other options in the area, visit our website.
CHOOSE YOUR FOOD PLAN The Wabi-Sabi Kitchen will be at camp all week, and are dialing in their menus of deliciousness. The food plans include daily breakfasts, dinners, and lunches on the remote stages. Plan on breakfasts of french toast or waffles or oatmeal with fruits & meats, and then dinners of pulled pork, tacos, yummy noodles & more. Will also have vegan, vegetarian and vegan-free meals. Meals can also be purchased ala carte for $20 each (cash or credit card).
Or you can eat on your own. Folks in the Eagle or Rimmey lodges can use those kitchens, and it’s not too far to head into town for a meal.
NEED A LIFT? Stages 2 of the 5-Day Epic starts & finishes at the Tussey Ski Lodge. Need transport? We got you. Reserve a spot on the bus for yourself, and a spot on the truck for your bike, for just $35.
There are a few more questions during the registration process, to help make sure your time at TSEpic is as safe, and as fun, as possible. Much more information is available on our website. And you may contact us at any time to help answer questions that might come up.
Look forward to seeing you at the 2018 Trans-Sylvania Mountain Bike Epic!
