The Dirty Hector 2024 is the reincarnation of the NatiFo Forty(2018-2022). The new course twists it's way through, around, up, down, and across the best trails, cow fields, creeks, mud, forests, dirt, and gravel roads that Hector and the Finger Lakes National Forest have to offer. The roughly 40 mile race with about 3500' of elevation gain will start and finish at Silver Queen Farm. This is not a gravel "road race"! Expect technical trail, mud, grass, water crossings, fence crossings....think gravel meets cyclocross...with hills. Prizes, beer and ice cream at the farm post-race.
