Camp Mason is a YMCA summer camp, founded in 1900, located in Hardwick Township, [+more] NJ. The 650-acre site is located next to the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Camp Mason annually serves approximately 800 campers in its summer camp programs, and 7,000 participants at its outdoor center. They offer scholarships to underprivileged youth, in order to enable them to attend summer camp.
D&R Greenway Land Trust is a central New Jersey non-profit land preservation organization. [+more] They permanently preserve watershed lands and large-scale landscapes, thereby preventing the loss of open space to development. Their operating region consists of over 1,500 square miles, encompassing much of the Sourland region.
