How to Reset your Login Information

If you forget your username or password, you can use the “forgot username or password” links on the participant login drop-down to have your username or a password reset link emailed to you.

You must know the email address associated with your profile as well as other personal information in order to use the online reset features.

If you are unsure of the email address associated with your profile, please call Tech Support at 888.956.9560, Monday through Friday from 8:30AM-8:30PM EST.
