How to Withdraw your Registration
Please note: Depending on event settings this tool may or may not be available.
In instances you wish to defer your registration to the following year, first verify if the option is available with the event director.
However, if deferral is not available and you wish to withdraw your registration, you may do so as follows:
1. Login to your BikeReg, RunReg, TriReg or SkiReg account and select My BikeReg, My RunReg, My TriReg or My SkiReg.
Additionally, you can navigate to the registration page and select Edit My Entry to receive an edit entry link. Note: If you do not see this tab that means that the event does not allow you to edit your entry. Contact the event director for further assistance through the Location & Contact tab.
2. Navigate to the entry in question in the ‘My Upcoming Events’ section and click on the word ‘Edit’.
3. If the event director allows you to withdraw your registration, you will see one or both of the following buttons, "Withdraw For A Refund" an "Withdraw For A Credit."
If you click "Withdraw For A Refund" you will receive a dialogue box asking you to confirm this. If you click OK you will receive a refund to your original form of payment.
If you click "Withdraw For A Credit" you will see a dialogue box asking you to confirm this action and it will let you know the value and if you are receiving a credit.
Then you will receive an email confirmation with a credit code for future events.
