Series Scoring Guidelines:
Series racers and teams earn points by competing in races listed on the schedule.
1st - 200
2nd - 100
3rd - 50
4th - 25
5th - 10
6th - Whatever place will receive 1 point
Total of up to 5 races will count towards final score.
If you raced more than 5, your worst score will be replaced with a score that beats it and your worst will receive 3 points used only in case of a tie breaker.
Racer earns the following points.

Score using the best five and replacing their worst race = 800 *If there is a tie it goes to extra points most break the tie.

Longest race of the day will be considered the series race i.e. say for example a race has a 1 hour and 2 hour, the 2 hour is the series race. For stage races each day will be considered a race unless there is a second option as listed above.
Series Awards: * Solo and Open Team Divisions, depending on number of entries * (Open team consists of 2 to 3 racers with 1 Alternate)
*1st through 3rd in both male and female solo divisions as well as the open team division are to be awarded prizes at the end of the season. Other series racers are eligible to receive prizes at our awards party yet to be determined.
Series scores are determined as sent from the director of each race. Any disputes on race placing needs to be addressed to the race director prior to leaving the venue. We are not the results police and our directors do the best job they can scoring and timing these events. If you don't like it, become a roadie.
Beard is not mandatory, but highly encouraged!
