With fewer events taking place in 2020, we have decided to reduce our support hours slightly. If you need us, you will still get the same great support, we just will only be available during normal working hours.

Effective immediately, our new hours are 9:00 AM ET to 5:00 PM ET Monday through Friday. We will continue to have limited weekend support, but will focus on more urgent requests and support for directors approaching their event day.
