Participants have the option to purchase registration insurance through our partner company Allianz on registration entries over $50. Event Directors can now see which participants have purchased this option in their data download. This is useful if a participant contacts you requesting a refund; you can now do a data download to check to see if registration insurance was purchased, and if so, direct them to Allianz to file a claim.
