  • Just for an hour or so in the am when tents are arriving. No driving on tent area grass. Direct team cars to pull over for equipment drop off, then instruct cars to head to parking area. Easy job.

  • This is the main driveway to access the venue & the event. Help the racers cross the driveway safely.
    First Shift: 8 am to 10 am, please remain until your relief arrives.

  • CAT4 cutoff happens before Weymouth's. Please get into position at Glue Sniffers Bridge so no CAT3s accidentally take the cut-off and no CAT4/Granogue Lite miss the cut-off "escape route".

  • Do a fast lap @6:00a or so, reporting back of any trouble on the course. Check in w reg table first.
    Please fix any fallen tape/signs, report any problems w course.
Starter Helpers: Racer Staging, 3 people needed $0 8:30 AM $0
  • Assist race director corralling racers to the starting grid in correct order & starting off each category for the 9am, 11am and 12:30/12:55pm races.

  • Assist with the distribution of medals for the CAT 3 as soon as results are ready (Race starts at 12:30p, awards eta 2p?)
