Registration Volunteer

The Registration Crew checks riders in to the event, and pass out the ride packages. The shift is from 6:15 – 8:30 AM and is indoors. You can ride the event for free if you volunteer for this role.
Set-up, Start & Parking Crew

This crew helps get the outside venue ready, participants parked & the ride started. The shift is from 6:15 AM - ca 8:30 AM. You can ride the event for free if you volunteer for this position.
SAG Driver Volunteer
8:30 AM $0 Door Prizes
SAG Drivers patrol the course , and provide minor technical support and transport riders who can’t complete the event back to the start/finish area. We provide supplies and a gas stipend.
Moto Marshals
8:30 AM $0 Door Prizes
Moto Marshals drive motorcycles on the course to provide ad-hoc traffic control, patrol for safety, and to relay information back to ride HQ.
Sweep Rider: Short Course

Donation to Collegeville Volunteer Fire Company The Collegeville Volunteer Fire Company preserves life and property from destruction by fire or other disasters in Collegeville Borough and nearby vicinities. The Collegeville Fire Company’s Fire Police Officers help provide traffic control during the Oktoberfest Ride. http://www.collegevillefire.org/

Donation to Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy The Perkiomen Watershed Conservancy works to conserve and protect the natural resources of the Perkiomen Creek Watershed, which encompasses 362 square miles in 55 municipalities across Berks, Bucks, Lehigh and Montgomery counties.
