Queen City Wheels Tuesday Night Time Trial Series

The results for the second last week of the 2011 time trial season at Cleves are attached. Here are the riders with new personal records:

Cade Walker, 32:22, 18 seconds better than last week and done with the added pressure of the homework demands of 6th grade hanging over him

Tim Gregg 30:17, 6 seconds faster Larry Parker 29:52, 31 seconds faster Jen Ciapala, 28:15, 29 seconds faster and coming off a recent triathlon if I'm following her facebook postings correctly Sean Hughes, 27:22, 52 seconds faster Zachary Lewis, 25:13, 45 seconds faster

We also had an appearance from none other than Eugene Spiegel. Eugene has ridden the time trial at least once every year since the series started in 1974. He has the unofficial record of having ridden the event the most times with the count being somewhere around 350 times according to Eugene. While he is not an official member of QCW this year I did note his time on the results or something at least close to his time. All of the other riders were in and the sun had set when we finally decided to turn off the clock and head home.
