Refund Policy



This event offers refunds in all/some cases. Refunds are at the discretion of each event director. Contact the event director for this event's refund policy details. If registrations is refunded it is at 90% to cover the processing cost. Camping and merchandise refunds are issued at 100%. The registration system we use issues refunds for each item separately (eg, registration, camping, merchandise).
