Refund Policy



This event offers refunds in all/some cases. - Any cancellations made BEFORE JUNE 1ST will receive a full refund of the registration fees. - Cancellations made AFTER JUNE 1st will be eligible for a 50% refund. - Once summer camps have started, refunds for cancellations or early departures will not be issued, unless in cases of exceptional circumstances like documented medical emergencies or other extenuating situations.
